Post-Ashtanga Indian dinner – for maybe the 50th time in Japan – with our yoga teacher and friends tonight. I made the last-minute decision to go on a road trip to see snow monkeys in Nagano tomorrow, which means I have to wake up at 5 a.m. I hope these monkeys are worth it. Oyasuminasai, folks!
