You guys, these are my FIRST popovers! I saw these Wayward Spark’s popovers on Lily’s blog this weekend and thought to myself: MUST.MAKE.SOON.
I’m sure these babies should be cooked in a real popover pan, or hey, even better on a brick on a hot grill belonging to a rustic off-the-grid cabin in rural Oregon, but baking in my mini-oven in Japan is always a bit ad hoc. I saw them and still went, “Hot daaaaamn, where’s my camera?”


















These look like Yorkshire pudding.. Same way to make?
