Some friends and I got together for a Sunday “Mother’s Day” brunch since our mothers live far away. I made the Cardamom and Nutmeg Waffles with Minted Berries from Turntable Kitchen. (Thanks Amy!) They were incredible – crisp on the outside, tender on the inside, and fragrant from the spices. If only our moms could have been there, especially since we went for pedicures after brunch.
