I’m still waiting for the sun to return to Vermont, so I’ve been making the blueberry mojito smoothies all week, except today I tried a strawberry version. Along with toast topped with hard-boiled egg and cheddar cheese. And, of course, coffee.
It’s restaurant week in Vermont! I’m going to the Wooden Spoon with some friends tonight.
And, totally different subject, but I’m going to have to try out this perfect sock-bun over the weekend. Love it.
