Thanks for so many nice comments on my honest truths! Maybe I wasn’t feeling so much as down, but disconnected? After so many pictures of Merlin, marathon food, and ‘my weekend was good’ recaps it all started to feel a little stale. Cut back on the baking, and it was like, “WHO AM I?!”

This is a random space, mostly focused on food. And just for fun.

I’m going to embrace it.

And try to infuse it with a bit more honesty.

So I thought it was only appropriate to share the random 17-second video of Jen trying to perfect the doughnut flip.  This is what I’ve been laughing at for the past half hour. My favorite part is when Jen gets flustered and curses. That doesn’t happen often.
