More snowshoeing pics from Wiessner Woods this weekend.

We have no snow on the ground in Burlington right now. Most of it melted away in Monday night’s rain. Umm, so that’s weird for January. Even last weekend, we had to go up pretty high just to do some snowshoeing in Stowe.  And usually I’m all about warmer temps, but there’s something about this situation that feels strange.

Plus, once I got out in the snow it was so lovely. Breath-taking. Hopefully, I’ll get out a few more times this winter. Dare I say this…please snow.

  3. You are so lucky! Here in Vienna we didn´t have snow once this winter :( SO SAD!!
    Enjoy it!

Really, no snow in Austria? What in the world! It is sad. Right now we have a slushy mix that will most likely turn to ice. Ugh. My running nemesis.

      • No snow in Vienna. But in Tyrol they have plenty of it. Sadly it´s a 6hours drive from Vienna. But this week got really cold. So maybe there will be snow in Vienna soon.

  4. Great pictures! Reminds me of my backcountry snowboarding trip last year!

Thanks Lindsey! You’re always in such pretty places. I loved your pics from South America. I’ve never been and it’s on my list. Are you still going to NZ this year? Another place on my travel list!
