I’ve started my quest for the perfect homemade salted caramel cupcake, a la my little cupcake.
This one was a worthy first attempt.
I used this salted caramel recipe, but added twice the amount of salt. It was delish – and caramel sauce is so easy to make, I had no idea?! – but I wanted more of a sticky, saltier glaze. See example here.
Regardless, they didn’t go to waste.
