I’m taking part in Food Blog Camp until Sunday….in Mexico! I’m having some technology issues. My mac book pro is in the shop with a broken screen. My old Toshiba won’t hold a battery charge and only sometimes wants to turn on. I forgot any contraption to get my pictures off my camera and onto my computer. {Luckily, I was able to borrow a memory card reader from someone else today.} Regardless of technology issues, I’m having a fantastic time and learning a lot.
And I had some fish tacos for lunch. Heaven!

Hola! Sarah, this is so awesome!!! I hope you have a blast!
Sarah, what were you taking a picture of in the first photo – looked like fog inside an orb! Hope you’re having a grand time.
P.S. I had a sushi bar installed in your office while you’re away. We’re having trouble keeping the fish and seaweed at the appropriate temp…
Sweet! I was just hoping for a coffee pot to be brought in while I was away:)

I was there too and Sarah was the best room mate……..I ate those fish tacos as well!!
I think those might have been my favorite thing. I could have them for lunch every single day.
I didn’t try the fish tacos because I couldn’t resist the duck confit tacos…so delicious!
