It was the last day of my pottery class this Thursday. Our teacher brought in pizza, so I didn’t have to cook my lentils. {Not complaining!} I had a slice and a half of the BBQ Chicken pizza. Very good pizza. It had a tangy BBQ sauce with chicken, red peppers, onions, bacon, and green onions.

Martha, second from the right, has been my FAVORITE teacher. I heart Martha.

I love how apple cider is the drink of choice for many gatherings in Vermont.

I brought my camera to snap some pics of the last day of class. This is where I spent my Thursdays. I wasn’t very prolific in terms of pottery this fall, but it was great space to spend a few hours.

I snapped some good pics of Joan, director of the studio, working on what she calls “stocking stuffers.” How cool.

Recycled clay even looks creative.

My lidded pot. The lid is a little big and I’m having to shave off some clay.

Some mugs. I love the tea cups I got in London and tried making some of my own.

Glazed them in Golden Shino and added some swirls of Albany slip. Hope it turns out!

Glazing area.

Blanka glazing her bowls.

So fun….I’m definitely going to try to keep at it in the spring.

I just saw that we are gonna be in Mexico together next month! Looking forward to meeting you. This pottery class looks like a fun creative outlet & I could dive into that pizza right now
