The Gobbler Sandwich.


Finally feeling better! I jumped back into my half-marathon training with an 8-mile run today. {I’m trying to make an “8” with my hands…}



THEN, I had the best sandwich with the Thanksgiving leftovers and this quick cranberry sauce (just water, sugar, and cranberries that simmered for about 10 minutes). So, I layered a slice of the Tartine bread with cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, turkey, and cheddar cheese. Grilled it, and added some of my CSA greens. It was a great post-run nibble.
