Congratulations on your first baklava! It looks super delicious! I talked with one of my Greek friends today and he said a nut mixture (especially almonds) makes the best baklava. I will definitely vote for your baklava on Foodbuzz!

I LOVE Baklava… but I’ve never attempted it at home, either! I am not so fond of working with phyllo (I’ve had some traumatic experiences lol). Looks like you did a great job. Good luck in PFB!
