I have never, ever made white chocolate macadamia nut cookies before – and I’m not sure why? I think the good ol’ chocolate chips cookies always win out when I make cookies. However, I discovered a cute food blog – Brown Eyed Baker - and she highly recommended this recipe. I decided this would be my next weekend baking recipe to try out. Ray and I LOVE them. They are a deliciously sweet, nut-filled cookie with a heavy hint of vanilla. I took a plateful to my follow-up meeting with the Belize students. They were a big hit.

These sound great! Nice photo too!
